Job Summary
Perform pre/post trip inspections of assigned rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Maneuver vehicles in residential, commercial, and construction environments while navigating high traffic and congested roadways. Provide prompt, courteous waste removal services for customers on designated routes and empty all receptacles, cleaning areas around accidental spills. Complete assigned route sheets, federally mandated paperwork, and company training programs. Notify dispatch of service interruptions, incidents, accidents, or unsafe situations. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute positively to surrounding communities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
