Job Summary
Safely operate Class A or Class B commercial vehicles on local and regional routes, transporting fleet vehicles, trailers, and equipment between the Allentown facility and customer sites. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain accurate driver logs and delivery records in compliance with DOT requirements, and coordinate with shop supervisors to meet pickup and delivery schedules. Handle loading and unloading while communicating professionally with customers and team members. Requires a valid Class A or Class B CDL, clean driving record, and knowledge of DOT regulations. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Clean driving record, no major violations in the past 3 years
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service rules
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- 2 or more years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Experience transporting fleet or commercial vehicles in a shop or dealership setting
- Familiarity with towing or rollback operations
