Job Summary
Perform touch-freight tasks involving lifting, moving, or carrying products over 75 lbs. Pre-inspect trucks, load materials, and verify load accuracy while notifying branch management of site hazards. Set up job parameters and inspect environments to ensure safe loading and unloading. Maintain regular communication with dispatchers for timely delivery and follow all DOT safety procedures and PPE requirements. Requires a valid Class A or B CDL, 12 months of commercial driving experience, and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Earns between $28.93 and $38.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including 401k, health insurance, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing
- At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
