Job Summary
Drive standard or automatic transmissions hauling rock, dirt, asphalt, and other aggregates for civil development projects. Perform and document pre-trip inspections, record and count quantities on loading/unloading, and assist in loading and unloading trucks. Maintain daily equipment and ensure compliance with safety requirements, Tenna, and company policies. Notify supervisors of repair needs and maintain quality and safety awareness. This role requires a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A or B with N-Tanker, DOT medical card, and minimum one year of experience. Candidates must lift 50 pounds and work in extreme temperatures. Pay is from $24.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 40 hours. Schedule includes 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 40–50 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A or B with N-Tanker
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, post-incidents, and random testing
- DOT medical card indicating passing exam results
- Must possess a driving record that meets company standards
- Must maintain an acceptable attendance and safety record
- Must have the ability to carry and lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stoop, bend, reach with hands and arms, crouch, and kneel as required
- Must display excellent ability to interpret and follow directions
- Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures for long periods of time
- Must utilize proper communication with co-workers, office personnel, customers, and suppliers
