Job Summary
CDL Driver for Wilmington, NC location delivering products to job sites and unloading material per customer requests. Responsibilities include unloading shingles on projects, loading trucks, processing inventory, receiving merchandise at the warehouse, and adhering to DOT regulations. Requires CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A license, plus 1 year of CDL B driving experience or 2 years of CDL A driving experience. Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs (some over 100 lbs) and pass a background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen. Typical schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with potential overtime on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A driver's license
- 1 year CDL Class B driving experience or 2 years CDL Class A driving experience
- Box Truck operating experience strongly preferred
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record
- Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Heavy lifting experience
