Job Summary
CDL Driver - Class A responsible for safely operating a truck with at least 26,000 pounds GVW, loading/unloading oilfield equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with DOT requirements, maintaining vehicle inspections and paperwork, and delivering loads on time. Role requires loading and securing shipments, maintaining safety standards, teamwork, and adherence to company policies; overnight/in-state travel may be required, with potential HazMat and tanker endorsement considerations and a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- CDL A license
- Tanker endorsement (required)
- HazMat endorsement preferred
- 1 year of experience as CDL A driver preferred
- DOT medical card
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- Ability to read and interpret information such as driving routes and operating instructions
- Pass DOT pre-employment physical
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work night or weekend shifts as necessary
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- CDL certification from accredited driving school and one year of similar driving experience; experience may be substituted
- Experience in energy industry
