Job Summary
Conduct safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks on designated routes, navigating residential, commercial, and congested environments. Perform pre/post trip inspections in accordance with company and federal regulations, complete assigned route sheets, and accurately finish all federally mandated paperwork. Provide prompt, courteous waste removal services to customers while emptying receptacles and cleaning areas around accidental spills. Notify dispatch of service interruptions or incidents, attend scheduled training programs, and actively participate in the Career Pathways Program for advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
