Job Summary
Conduct safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks on designated routes, performing pre/post trip inspections and maintaining vehicle appearance per company and regulatory standards. Navigate residential, commercial, high-traffic, and construction environments while providing prompt, courteous waste removal services and completing assigned route sheets. Accurately complete federally mandated paperwork, empty receptacles, clean spill areas, and notify dispatch of any service interruptions or incidents. Participate in scheduled training programs and career pathway development opportunities to advance skills across multiple lines of business.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
