Job Summary
Deliver materials to customer sites and branch locations while maintaining a clean vehicle and monitoring maintenance data. Complete daily driver logs, vehicle inspection reports, and truck summaries. Load and unload materials at branch and customer locations, coordinate deliveries with other trucks, and adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies. Perform warehouse functions including order filling, stocking shelves, and receiving and shipping as needed. Conduct Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) as part of daily routes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Clean driving record
- A valid Class A (or B) CDL driver's license for the state of residence
- Current medical certification
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
Desired Qualifications
- 2-year business/trade degree or equivalent in work experience
- Prior warehouse distribution experience
- Forklift operation
- Good knowledge of electrical products/systems
- Working knowledge of PC for Windows, internet, email, and SAP software
