Job Summary
Deliver materials to customer sites and branch locations while maintaining vehicle cleanliness, logs, and daily inspection reports. Observe all DOT regulations and coordinate routes, loading, and unloading operations at various locations. Support warehouse functions including order filling, stocking, and receiving as needed. Perform pole driver duties such as rigging oversize loads and working in rail yards if applicable. Complete required training courses and utilize vehicle technology for inspections and cargo securement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Clean driving record
- A valid Class A (or B) CDL driver's license for the state of residence
- Current medical certification
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
Desired Qualifications
- 2-year business/trade degree or equivalent in work experience
- Prior warehouse distribution experience
- Forklift operation
- Good knowledge of electrical products/systems
- Working knowledge of PC for Windows, internet, email, and SAP software
