Job Summary
Aspen Waste Systems of Minnesota, Inc. seeks a CDL Driver to operate residential refuse collection trucks in the Rochester area, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, delivering prompt, courteous service, and completing daily route documentation. Responsibilities include driving safely per OSHA/DOT requirements, communicating safety concerns to supervision, and maintaining compliance with safety procedures. Requires a 21+ age minimum, a valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement, ability to obtain DOT medical certification, and a good driving record along with knowledge of relevant OSHA/DOT regulations and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's license with an air brakes endorsement
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT Medical certification
- Safe driving record
- Working knowledge of fleet related OSHA, DOT, and similar federal regulations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
