Job Summary
Load galley equipment onto the truck, drive to local aircraft, and unload dirty equipment and trash in designated areas. Load galleys according to customer guidelines while interacting with airline representatives at the airport. Complete all activities adhering to safety and sanitation regulations, follow directions, and work as a member of the Transportation team. Arrive on time and comply with company policies, including completing paperwork and administrative duties. Some locations may require a Customs Seal from the local airport authority.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Current CA CDL Class A or B driver's license
- Must be able to read and write to complete required forms
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds frequently during shift
- Must be able to work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending upon aircraft
- Work assigned schedule which may vary and could include weekends and holidays
- Work overtime when required
- Must arrives to work on-time
- Must comply with company policies
- Must complete paperwork and related administrative duties
- Must be able to effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers
- Must pass a drug test (Drug-Free Workplace policy)
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Up to one-year experience
- Some locations may require a Customs Seal from local airport authority
