Job Summary
Operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks on designated residential and commercial routes while performing pre/post trip inspections and maintaining vehicle appearance. Navigate high traffic, congested roadways, and customer sites to provide prompt, courteous waste removal services, accurately completing all assigned paperwork and route sheets. Empty receptacles, clean spill areas, and notify dispatch of service interruptions or incidents. Attend scheduled training programs and participate in the Career Pathways Program to advance skills across multiple Lines of Business. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to community goals while adhering to state and federal safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
