Job Summary
Conduct safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks while providing prompt waste removal services on designated routes. Perform pre/post trip inspections in accordance with safety standards, navigate congested roadways and commercial environments, and complete assigned route sheets for one or more lines of business. Empty receptacles, clean spill areas, and accurately complete all federally mandated paperwork. Notify dispatch of service interruptions or incidents and participate in scheduled training programs and meetings. Maintain courteous customer interactions and adhere to company standards for vehicle appearance and community contributions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
