Job Summary
Operate semi-truck with one or two trailers, load/unload materials, and complete DOT paperwork while complying with safety regulations and traffic laws. Perform standard DOT truck inspections, maintain related records, and report maintenance issues. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass background checks and pre-employment testing. Hazmat endorsement is preferred. Training and paperwork responsibilities include handling shipping bills of lading and related signatures. Located in Watsonville, CA with in-person duties at the branch.
Required Qualifications
- CDL required
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Must have a driving record that meets company standards
- Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements
- Must pass substance abuse screening
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
