Job Summary
Safely operate Ram 4500 and 5500 medium-duty trucks with specialized 25' to 35' delivery trailers to deliver metal roofing and building materials to customer locations. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load, secure, and unload materials safely, and maintain DOT and FMCSA logs. Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after delivery to ensure accurate, on-time shipments. Work Monday through Friday on local day routes with no overnight trips, earning $22.00-$24.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Current Medical Certificate or ability to obtain one
- Registered with FMCSA
- Ability to lift and perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Confidence working independently on the road
- Experience maneuvering trailers longer than 25 feet in tight spaces or remote areas
- Strong safety awareness and sound judgment
