Job Summary
Construction Laborer supports asphalt paving and related construction activities across project sites. Responsible for site preparation, grading, paving support, assisting with installation or repair of structures, traffic control/flagging, shoveling, maintaining clean/safe work areas, and setting up stringline layouts. Works closely with equipment operators and crew members to ensure efficient, high-quality project execution in field conditions. Requires a valid CDL Class B and tanker endorsement, physical ability to lift 50-100 pounds, climb ladders/scaffolds, and perform varied routine tasks with hand tools. On-the-job training provided; employer emphasizes safety and equal opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class B)
- Valid tanker endorsement
- On the job training required
