CDL Company Driver

Report to the Operations Department to drive tractor-trailers transporting cargo, materials, or damaged vehicles across regional and national lanes. Maintain satellite communication contact to receive dispatch instructions, inspect trucks for defects before and after trips, and keep records of materials transported. Pick up preloaded trailers, deliver cargo to consignees, open doors for dockhands, and obtain customer signatures or collect payment for goods and delivery charges. Perform all driving within Federal hours-of-service limitations while maintaining required compliance logs. Work 14-hour shifts with 30-minute breaks, seven days on and one off, earning a competitive per-mile rate with weekly pay.
