Job Summary
Route delivery driver responsible for safely delivering products within the five boroughs and Westchester, meeting customers' needs in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Duties include maintaining driver logs, pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT, inspecting vehicles for safety issues, adhering to company procedures, accurate paperwork, cargo security, and assisting with loading/unloading. Requires an active CDL (Class A or B), 2-3 years of delivery experience (preferably in food & beverage), weekend availability, and the reporting location is Maspeth, NY. Excellent communication and safety-focused mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active CDL License (Class A or B)
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial driving for delivery
- Delivery experience within the food & beverage industry is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail regarding safety measures
- Ability to communicate with customers, management, and other Big Geyser employees in an effective and timely manner
