Job Summary
Deliver and satisfy customer needs by safely transporting beverages and snacks across the five boroughs and Westchester. Maintain driver logs, complete pre and post-trip inspections, and inspect vehicles for mechanical issues while adhering to DOT safety regulations. Execute crash management duties, report accidents or equipment malfunctions immediately, and ensure cargo is secured and inventory is controlled. Maneuver trucks into loading positions, assist with loading and unloading, and follow dispatcher instructions. This full-time, company route position requires weekend availability, overtime potential, and an active CDL Class B license.
Required Qualifications
- Active CDL License (Class A or B)
- Experience in commercial driving for delivery
- Candidates must have weekend availability throughout the year as a part of their regular schedule
- Flexibility to work additional hours, including holidays
- Strong attention to detail regarding safety measures
- Ability to communicate with customers, management, and other Big Geyser employees in an effective and timely manner
