Job Summary

Drive Orica bulk trucks and Mobile Manufacturing Units to local construction sites, mines, and quarries, performing 40% driving duties and 60% physical installation work including loading products, pulling hoses, and operating control systems. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, manage fluid levels, and ensure hazardous materials are handled according to DOT regulations while minimizing environmental impact. Report incidents immediately, participate in daily toolbox talks, and maintain inventory accuracy. This hybrid role requires early morning starts (3–5 AM), 10–12-hour shifts, and occasional overnight travel, with a signing bonus of $4,500 and hourly pay ranging from $28–34.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Requires Class B CDL
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds
  • Must be able to carry 50 pounds or more of product or other materials
  • Must be able to load product
  • Must be able to pull large hoses
  • Must be able to fill holes
  • Must be able to climb on/off the truck
  • Must be able to shovel gravel
  • Must be able to push/pull in working with equipment

  • Must be able to start early morning shifts (approximately 3 AM – 5 AM)

  • Must be able to report all unusual incidents and accidents immediately

Desired Qualifications

  • Tanker endorsement
