Job Summary
Local CDL Class B Driver responsible for safely delivering products to customer sites and branch locations within a limited radius of the home branch, with starts/ends at the branch and no overnight stays. Duties include loading/unloading at warehouses or job sites, complying with DOT/FMCSA regulations, maintaining delivery records and signed receipts, and performing related tasks such as stocking, order entry, and shipping/receiving. Emphasis on safety, adherence to regulations, and ability to lift 50 pounds; background check and drug screen required. Competitive benefits and pay described in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL License - Class B
- Safe driving record with no hit & runs or DWI/DUI convictions within the last three years
- Prior commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations
- Basic computer knowledge
- Forklift experience is helpful (Other type of truck experience ie: Moffett, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
- Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
