Job Summary
Class A CDL Truck Driver needed for Lewis Bakeries in Murfreesboro, TN to operate company trucks in the tri-state area, deliver bakery products, perform pre/post trip and maintenance checks, provide excellent customer service during delivery/pickup, maintain DOT certifications, and comply with safety policies. Role requires reading/writing, basic math, ability to operate computerized systems, physical ability to lift and move objects, and willingness to travel within the tri-state area. Home daily with full-time schedule; 21+ with a valid CDL A and clean driving record preferred (drug screen and background check required).
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A license
- Minimum 21 years old
- 1 year professional driving experience preferred
- Acceptable driving record
- Drug screening and background check
- DOT regulations compliance
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting/pushing/pulling)
- Basic reading, writing, and math
- Ability to operate computerized systems
