Job Summary
Drive and care for the Company provided Tractor/Trailer to support customers, transporting and delivering manufacturing tubing at the Walbridge, OH location. Maintain DOT required logs and ensure the highest level of safety is being met while adhering to weight laws, safety regulations, and federal regulations. Work any hours in accordance with DOT, including possible overnight shifts, while passing required drug tests and physicals. This role offers a starting wage of $29.40 with 401K matching, vacation, and holiday pay. Cleveland-Cliffs Tubular Components is vertically integrated from mined raw materials to downstream finishing, stamping, tooling, and tubing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of 1 year of Class A Tractor/Trailer Driving Experience
- Knowledge of weight laws, safety regulations and other federal regulations
- Must be willing to work any hours in accordance with DOT, possible overnight
- Excellent motor vehicle record
- No DUI, DWI or reckless driving charges in the past 10 years
- Ability to read and comprehend English written safety and position procedures
- Positive, high energy and self-motivated
- Excellence attendance record
- Excellent safety record
- Must be able to pass DOT and Cleveland-Cliffs drug test and physical
