Job Summary
Unload dry van freight box-by-box using rollers at stores across Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana, requiring physical labor and skilled backing into tight lots. Drive dedicated regional routes averaging 1100 miles per week with three loads, delivering Monday through Friday with a 34-hour reset home weekly. Earn $325 per unload plus mileage pay, with weekly averages reaching $1850 based on verified experience and CPM rates. Complete a week of ride-along training with experienced drivers before independent runs. Work in extreme temperatures and handle nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3 Months Class A 53 ft Tractor Trailer/ Flatbed Experience within past 3 years
- No Sap Drivers
- Clean CDL = No Incidents or Accidents within past year
- Must Possess Customer Relation/Customer Service Skills
- Must be able to work in extreme temps
- Must be skilled at backing into tight areas/small lots
- Drivers doing 3 loads and 1100 miles per week average
- Runs will include nights, weekends, and holidays that fall within your workweek
- Routes also typically require 3-5 stops per unload
