Job Summary
Conduct over-the-road hauling across all 48 states, primarily east of I-35, on 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths with no-touch freight. Manage 50-60% drop-and-hook loads and 40-50% live unloads while maintaining an average of 2000-2200 miles per week under Hours of Service limits. Avoid forced dispatch into NYC and its boroughs, utilizing 24/7 operations specialist support. Adhere to a schedule of 12 days on the road followed by 2 full days home every other weekend. Earn a sign-on bonus of $1,000, including $500 after the first load and $500 at 30 days, plus detention pay, layover/breakdown compensation, and a mileage bonus based on safety and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months experience
- Valid CDL Class A
- Must be available for OTR routes across all 48 states
- Must be available for 12 days out, 2 full days home every other weekend
- Must be able to handle 2000-2200 miles per week
- Must be able to work with 50-60% drop & hook loads
- Must be able to handle 40-50% live unload
- Must be able to work with 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths
- Must be able to work 24/7 operations specialist support
- Must be able to work detention pay after the 2nd hour
- Must be able to work layover/breakdown pay
- Must be able to work mileage bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
