Job Summary
Drive OTR routes across all 48 states, primarily east of I-35, hauling no-touch freight on 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths. Manage 50-60% drop-and-hook loads and 40-50% live unloads while adhering to Hours of Service limits. Maintain an average of 2000-2200 miles weekly with no forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs. Work a schedule of 12 days out followed by 48 hours at home every other weekend. Enjoy 24/7 operations specialist support, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and additional incentives including detention pay, layover pay, and a mileage bonus based on safety and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months experience
- Valid CDL Class A
- OTR driving capability
- Ability to work 12 days out and 2 full days home every other weekend
- Ability to drive across all 48 states
- Ability to handle 2000-2200 miles per week
- Ability to perform no-touch freight
- Ability to handle 50-60% drop & hook loads
- Ability to perform 40-50% live unload
- Ability to avoid forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs
- Ability to drive 2021+ Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths
- Ability to work with 24/7 operations specialists
