Job Summary
Drive newer equipment including Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, and Freightliner Cascadia trucks across 48 states in an OTR position. Maintain consistent mileage of 3,000+ miles weekly with a $0.80 CPM pay structure while utilizing fully equipped vehicles featuring microwaves, fridges, inverters, and APUs. Operate 53' dry vans without forced dispatch, adhering to DOT inspection bonus incentives and unlimited mile allowances. Complete a one-day orientation to hit the road quickly, supported by 24/7 dispatch and maintenance assistance. This 1099 role requires two years of OTR experience, no major violations or DUIs, and the willingness to stay on the road as needed.
