Operate as a 1099 contractor with unlimited miles, running as much as you want without forced dispatch. Complete a one-day orientation to hit the road quickly while accessing 24/7 dispatch and maintenance support. No major violations or DUIs required; candidates must have two years of OTR experience and be willing to stay on the road as needed.
