Job Summary
Transport goods and supplies onsite and offsite working within established procedures to ensure on-time delivery. Visually inspect loaded trucks to ensure orders are packaged, shipped, and loaded properly, reporting any defects or equipment problems to a supervisor. Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting variables to achieve efficiency while performing warehouse duties such as order filling, loading/unloading, and wrapping as assigned. File and retrieve proper documents and delivery records while monitoring inventory quality and quantity availability. Follow mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and wellbeing of others, reporting facility or customer issues as they arise. Start work at 5:00 a.m. Monday through Friday with daily home time. Requires a valid Class A CDL, 12+ months driving experience, and Hazmat endorsement within six weeks. Required Qualifications
- Must be available to start work at 5:00 a.m.
- Must observe all Department of Transportation and driving regulations resulting in a safe driving record and a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Hazmat endorsement required within your first six weeks of hire
- Ability to operate a variety of material handling equipment required
- Excellent organizational, time management and customer relations skills are required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail required
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Position requires a minimum of 21 years of age
- Verifiable Class A license
- 12+ months driving experience compliant with all regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Liftgate experience preferred
- Familiarity with a computerized warehouse system preferred
- High School Diploma/GED Preferred
