Job Summary
Operate a company 3⁄4-ton truck to complete local and occasional non-local deliveries, loading, securing, transporting, and unloading materials and equipment safely. Inspect vehicles before and after trips to report maintenance concerns, while assisting with general shop operations, yard maintenance, and basic mechanical tasks such as supporting mechanics with repairs, performing oil changes, and fluid checks. Pressure wash equipment, vehicles, and work areas as needed to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record required. Training provided for recent graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate pickup trucks, trailers, and other company vehicles
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn shop and mechanical skills
- Dependable attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Home every day
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
