Job Summary
CDL Class A Driver (LTL) position responsible for operating tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver and pick up palletized freight and large shipments. Responsibilities include performing pre-trip inspections, completing mileage and maintenance forms, delivering/picking up freight, verifying load-related documentation, collecting payments when needed, returning bills of lading for billing, maintaining DOT/company safety certifications, and assisting other drivers with loading and unloading. Requirements include a valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record, ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screening and background check. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; candidate must be 21 or older. Schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime (10-15 hours/week) and OT pay after 40 hours; pay range is $23.00-$27.00 per hour.
