Job Summary
Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles, including flatbed, step-deck, and RGN trailers, while loading, securing, transporting, and unloading heavy equipment. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure road-readiness, maintain accurate logs for hours and maintenance, and assist with rigging as needed. Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards while communicating professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Represent HWH Transport with excellent customer service in Evansville, IN, Bowling Green, KY, and surrounding areas. Pay starts at $25.00 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Clean driving record (no recent violations)
- Knowledge of load securement and DOT compliance
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience with flatbed, step-deck, and RGN trailers (preferred)
- Experience hauling heavy equipment (preferred)
- 2+ years experience as a CDL Class A driver
