Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and distribution of products to assigned accounts, ensuring all beverage sections, racks, and displays are fully stocked per Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards. Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising while performing required vehicle and load checks. Manage trade breakage, maintain clean back rooms, and ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily. Foster strong customer relationships through communication, problem resolution, and follow-up while monitoring competitor activities. Operate a Class A CDL tractor and trailer, obtaining licensure within 90 days, and adhere to all DOT physical requirements and safety regulations. Work weekends and holidays with approximately 10% travel to other locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of starting in position
- Must have the ability to operate a Class A CDL tractor and trailer
- Must understand and remain in compliance with all CDL requirements
- Must have a motor vehicle driving history that meets CCBCHC guidelines
- Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements
- Must be able to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds
- Must be able to reach above head height
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to reach
- Must be willing to travel to other company locations approximately 10%
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Must be available to work some holidays
- Requires pre-employment drug testing
- Must adhere to an Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years of general work experience preferred
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
- Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues
