Job Summary
Deliver and unload finished products, parts, and materials to customer locations by safely operating a tractor trailer combination locally. Perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs during loading and unloading. Provide excellent customer service as the primary ambassador, building relationships with clients. Utilize navigation software and perform warehouse duties including forklift operations as needed. Maintain a valid Class A or B driver's license and meet all state and federal transportation requirements. This hybrid role involves approximately 75% time in the cab with the remainder spent outdoors or in a warehouse setting, including potential overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or Class B driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to meet State and Federal transportation and medical requirements to operate a three (3) axle vehicle
- Valid driver's license is required
- Able to read, write and understand English Language
- Able to use navigation software
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for overnight travel
- Must be available for warehouse / hybrid role - driver as needed
