Job Summary
Welcome guests to Kiawah Island and ensure safe departures while transporting guests between the Sanctuary Hotel, golf courses, tennis center, and resort amenities. Carry baggage to and from villas, assist with guest acclimation, and deliver items such as golf bags and luggage. Inspect vehicles for safety and cleanliness before each shift, communicate via two-way radio, and uphold resort policies and values. Work independently and in a team environment with a valid CDL P endorsement, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL driver license – Endorsement P
- Comfortable driving vehicles ranging from a 10-14 passenger Sprinter van to a 28 seat bus
- Able to effectively and efficiently communicate over a 2-way radio
- Must work both independently and in a team environment
- Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds across short-medium distance
- Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements
