CDL B Local Route Driver

Job Summary
Operate and maintain a company CDL vehicle safely and efficiently throughout your assigned local route, ensuring all security procedures are strictly followed. Manage the complete logistics of the route, including the secure loading, transport, and delivery/pickup of materials while accurately preparing all required paperwork and records. Collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely order delivery and exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication skills as the face of Iron Mountain. This role requires a valid CDL B license, one year of route transportation experience, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, running from 6:30 am until route completion.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in route transportation or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices
- Vehicle maintenance
- Ability to maintain all security procedures for sensitive customer assets
- Proven ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including routinely lifting up to 70 pounds and carrying/moving bins up to 350 pounds over various terrains
- A valid CDL Driver's License
- A good driving record
- A minimum age of 21
