CDL B Driver Trainee

Complete Republic Services' CDL training program, including classroom study, on-route training, and driving experience to pass the state examination. Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the assigned vehicle to ensure safety equipment, fluid levels, and tire pressure are operational. Safely operate heavy trucks along designated routes to service customers, lift and load refuse, and dispose of collected material at disposal sites. Monitor waste containers for unsatisfactory conditions and continuously track vehicle readiness to minimize downtime. After obtaining a CDL, assume full Driver responsibilities in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Roll-Off lines while completing twelve months of employment.
