Job Summary
CDL B Driver with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to transport and deliver hazardous materials (explosive supplies) to company job sites. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, maintaining load manifests, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring safety items and documentation are in order, securing loads, complying with DOT rules, and coordinating with the supervisor/dispatcher. Requires Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, DOT medical card, clean MVR, ability to pass a background check (ATF), and physical ability to lift 50-80 lbs. Position involves flexible start times, home daily with Monday–Friday schedule and weekends off, with potential overtime and occasional out-of-town assignments. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Class B CDL license with Haz-mat Endorsement and Tanker Endorsement
- DOT medical fitness card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Successful class B commercial driving experience (trainee will be considered, however, must hold appropriate license and have acceptable MVR)
- Ability to pass a background investigation including ATF
- Solid understanding of Federal DOT/State regulations as it relates to hazardous material transportation, trucking, and interstate commerce
