Job Summary
Operate and maintain company CDL vehicles while safely delivering customer orders and preparing accurate paperwork for loading, transporting, and driving routes without assistance. Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure a seamless delivery and retrieval process, adhering strictly to all security and regulatory procedures. Work Monday through Friday starting at 6:30 am, requiring the ability to lift up to 350 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods. This role supports Iron Mountain's global mission to preserve customer artifacts and protect data privacy through sustainable records and information management solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Consistently good driving record
- Successfully meet background check requirements
- Successfully meet drug screen requirements
- Successfully meet DOT physical requirements
- At least one year of route transportation experience
- Ability to lift at least 70 pounds
- Ability to push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds
- Ability to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
- Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices
- Demonstrable skills in customer service
- Clear verbal communication skills
