CDL B Driver / Moffett Operator

Job Summary
Operate a Class B and Moffett truck to transport materials to and from construction sites, loading and unloading using the forklift with precision. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate delivery logs, and secure loads to ensure materials reach job sites intact. Communicate with site supervisors to coordinate schedules and report safety issues while maintaining DOT logs for deliveries over 100 miles. Lift up to 80 lbs daily, with occasional heavier loads, and keep the vehicle clean and compliant with federal inspections. Represent Finetco professionally across our locations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B or Class A driver's license
- Proven experience operating a Moffett truck or similar vehicle
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in transportation
- Current DOT medical card
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to continually lift up to 80 lbs of material throughout the day
- Some lifting over 100 lbs
- Safe driving practices
- Ability to operate a Moffett truck

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the construction/retail industry
- Forklift certification
