Job Summary
Operate a 24' box truck with a 26,000-pound GVW, load and unload cargo using a hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate, and deliver merchandise to customer-designated locations across a 20-25 stop route. Properly track and document the activity log, inspect the truck before and after each trip, and report any issues or incidents to dispatch. Communicate with customers while maintaining an outgoing, positive attitude. Work Monday through Friday from 5:00am to finish. Requires a valid CDL B, DOT medical exam, and one year of recent CDL B and route delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- A valid commercial driver's license
- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
- A good driving record
- 1 year of recent CDL B experience
- 1 year of route delivery experience
- 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
- Lift gate experience
- Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
