Job Summary
Be the CDL-A Van Truckload Driver Instructor responsible for coaching, mentoring and onboarding new driver associates during training; teach and evaluate skills to drive success, conduct hands-on training in classroom and in-truck settings, cover safety, hours of service, trip-planning, tablet usage, policies and procedures, and act as a safety advocate and driver-retention ambassador while preparing new drivers for a safe and rewarding career with Schneider.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- DOT physical card
- Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
- Live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ
