Job Summary
CDL-A Driver for OTR runs with no-touch freight in either Dry Van or Refrigerated lanes. Earn between $0.55-$0.66 CPM depending on lane and experience, with typical weekly mileage of 2,200-2,500+ and scheduled home time after 1–2 weeks out. Opportunities include ESOP ownership, sign-on bonuses ($2,500), detention/layover/stop pay, and a benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k)). Primary duties include hauling long-haul freight across steady outbound lanes, maintaining a safe driving record, and operating modern equipment. Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- OTR Dry Van - 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- OTR Refrigerated - 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- Refrigerated experience preferred
- Safe driving record
