Job Summary
CDL-A Truck Driver needed for OTR routes hauling refrigerated and dry van freight. Earn between $0.55-$0.66 CPM with 2,200-2,500+ miles per week on steady OTR lanes, typically two weeks out with planned home time. 100% no-touch freight with no forced NYC dispatch. ESOP ownership available. Includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus (limited time). Regional options available. Equipment: modern 2023+ trucks with APUs, inverters, and automatic transmissions. Base pay ranges quoted and subject to change by job type, location, experience, and performance.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- OTR experience in the last 3 years for OTR Dry Van or Refrigerated roles
- 6 months OTR experience (Dry Van) in the last 3 years for Dry Van
- 6-12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years for Refrigerated
- Refrigerated experience preferred
- Safe driving record
