Job Summary
OTR CDL-A truck driving role with both reefer and dry van options. Earn between $0.60-$0.66 per mile based on experience, with home time built into an 2,200-2,500+ miles per week schedule, 100% no-touch refrigerated freight (and no NYC dispatch). Includes ESOP ownership, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for regional/dedicated lanes; modern equipment and additional pay (detention, layover, stops) available. Drive for a driver-owned company focused on consistent miles, respect, and long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- OTR Dry Van - 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- OTR Refrigerated - 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
- OTR Refrigerated - Refrigerated experience preferred
- Safe driving record
