Job Summary
CDL-A truck driver with OTR and both dry van and refrigerated freight options. Earns CPM-based pay with sign-on bonus and ESOP ownership; operates 2,200-2,500+ miles weekly on steady OTR lanes, with 2 weeks out and planned home time. No-touch freight, no NYC dispatch; regional/dedicated opportunities may be available. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k) and ESOP; orientation and vacation pay. Equipment is modern (2023+), with APUs and automatics. Salary details are CPM-based and vary by experience and location.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A
- OTR experience in the last 3 years
- OTR Refrigerated - Refrigerated experience preferred
- 6 months OTR experience for Dry Van - in last 3 years
