Job Summary
OTR CDL-A truck driver roles with 2,200-2,500+ miles per week on steady lanes, 100% no-touch refrigerated or no-touch dry van freight, and home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm. ESOP ownership and sign-on bonus enhance earnings and long-term company equity. Compensation ranges $0.55-$0.66 per mile based on experience, with bi-annual earnings reviews. Locations include Jacksonville, FL; drivers may run long-haul routes with consistent miles and opportunities for regional lanes. Required Qualifications
- CDL-A license
- OTR experience (6 months in last 3 years) for Dry Van
- OTR Refrigerated (6-12 months) experience in last 3 years; Refrigerated experience preferred
- Safe driving record
