Job Summary
Conduct dry van freight operations with no-touch loads, managing approximately 2,200–2,500 miles weekly with minimal downtime. Complete a 4–6 week paid training program featuring a dedicated mentor, focusing on real routes, safety inspections, and day-to-day operations. Transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM, earning between $1,200 and $1,500 weekly based on experience. Operate Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022–2025) on day and night runs, with home time every two weeks. Receive medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days, plus a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21
- Valid Class A CDL
- No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
