Job Summary
Drive refrigerated OTR loads from Georgia terminals coast-to-coast, handling a wide variety of load options. Maintain exceptional backing and adhere to strict safety records, including no more than one on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last two years and no serious traffic violations in the past year. Complete possible holiday work as needed while navigating routes that may involve Schedule 1 drug-free compliance checks. Earn trip pay ranging from $.43 to $.58 cpm based on dispatched miles and verifiable experience, with weekly paychecks and access to the new Fuel Network and free showers. Eligible drivers may qualify for the Guaranteed Pay Plus+ program, ensuring a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid Class A license
- Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations
- No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years
